How it Works

We bring the goods
and guide the learning

Our team brings fresh salad greens, nuts, seeds, cheese and dressings from local farm & retailer Graze & Gather and sourdough bread from local upcycled-grain bakery Spent Goods. Our expert facilitator engages the team in learning and discussion about how the ingredients are grown and what makes them so delicious, nutrient-rich and positive for communities across the GTA.

You bring the team
and keep the ritual

Every session we ask team members to bring one salad ingredient - creating a sense of community while also helping reduce food waste at home. Everyone builds their own salad choosing from the spread of ingredients. Then the whole team eats together; people are encouraged to sit with someone new at every session to build connections.
